About the role
The Housing Customer Support role provides a responsive and customer focused service that deals with private sector housing and housing adaptations enquiries end-to-end. It also provides administrative support for private sector housing and housing adaptations technical and Occupational Therapy teams, including the administering of new client referrals, carrying out tests of resource in respect of disabled facilities grant, checking applications for grant, preparing grant approvals and revisions, liaising with the local home improvement agency and contractors about the progress of works and raising payments on the completion of works.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
