Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is looking for an innovative and highly effective property professional to lead the service. Commercially astute you will understand delivering within and shaping the wider strategic ambitions of a local authority.

As the Council’s lead commercial and property expert you will be the principal advisor to the Head of Service, Management Board and Elected Members on all land and property related matters including compliance.

You will demonstrate your ambition, experience and expertise to develop the property and estates service towards a more innovative approach, ensuring that the Council’s property strategy is aligned with that of key partners (public and private sector), to deliver increased value for money from the use of assets and to develop innovative strategic property solutions for the Council.
