Cannock Chase Council are introducing a new Apprenticeship Scheme which will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to complete an NVQ Level 2 Qualification in Business Administration.
You must be keen to learn, have a positive, polite, professional approach and have a career based interest in Customer Service and Administration.
This opportunity will see you using new skills, completing associated tasks to the point of “doing the job” and be part of a team providing essential services within the Council.
You will learn how to deliver effective Customer Service using telephony and bespoke ICT Packages in customer facing environments.
Training will be provided by in-house Managers and Teams.
South Staffordshire College will work with and support you, ensuring that you complete the relevant NVQ. Each NVQ will include obtaining Qualifications in English, Maths and ICT within an 18 month contract period.

- Not currently in full time education.
- Not have any higher level qualification (i.e. Degree).
- Live within the Cannock Chase District area.
