About the role
We are looking for a part-time Assistant Operations Manager to join a forward thinking, fast moving and progressive short-term residential care service. If you think you have the skills and drive to contribute to an already excellent service this may be the opportunity for you.
Craven Vale Resource Centre provides a reablement service for people living in the City. We work closely with the community and hospital assessment teams as well as Sussex Community Foundation Trust (NHS) Our aim is to promote independence for service users to improve their quality of life while giving support to families and informal carers. Your role would be to manage a staff team, oversee the day to day running of the service, assist the Operations Managers in planning and develop services and ensure the service meets legislation and CQC standards of care.
You would be based at Craven Vale and work as part of a dedicated and professional team. Due to the nature of the service you will be required to be flexible in your working hours to ensure services are monitored and managed to a high standard.
