About the role and team
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised administrator to join a friendly, supportive and forward thinking Community Safety and Enforcement team where we will provide opportunities for personnel and professional development.
You will provide a front-line service to our residents to help them with parking and permit queries, applications and payments.
You will also work with our Joint Enforcement Team to assist in resolving and administering cases of anti-social behaviour and any enforcement measures taken to address incidents or concerns raised by residents.
As well as being an experienced administrator who is methodical and good at building relationships, you will need to be a good communicator who is confident at talking to members of the public.
You should enjoy working with data and have an analytical mind so that you are able to assist in preparing numerical reports.
You will be someone whose understanding of communities drives you to provide good customer service.
You will also be able to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your work.
