It is a very exciting time to join the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead with our service going through many changes and enhancements including being awarded 490k from MHCLG to deliver a comprehensive Rough Sleeper Pathway.
We are focused on continuing to improve our housing services, including implementing an on-line customer focused housing register which you will be responsible for administering and monitoring and we are developing a private rented sector offer.
This is a great opportunity to join an improving Housing Service working to deliver high quality, innovative, people-focused and value for money services. The service covers housing options, homelessness, housing policy, rough sleeper services, housing register, allocations and housing enabling.
You will be a key player with responsibility for the assessment and investigation of incoming housing register applications to determine eligibility to join the register and where appropriate, award a banding level in accordance with the Allocations Policy.
You will also manage, record and make nominations of applicants to local housing associations who have requested tenants for their void properties.
So if you are enthusiastic and self-motivated and are looking to take the next step in your career we would love to talk to you.
