Independence Wellbeing Ltd will be transferring back into Enfield Council on 1st June 2020

The advertised salary is for full time work, the salary for part time will be calculated on a pro- rata basis.

We are seeking Outreach Carers for community home based care.

18 hours per week working a two week rolling rota covering 5 days per week, inclusive of alternate weekends.

The rota covers the hours of 7am - 10pm.

Scale 3 - £11.50 per hour

Permanent Contracts

You will receive an enhanced pay rate when working after 8pm and on Sundays.

Outreach is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Service.

The Outreach Service provides care and support to individuals in their own home or in the community including: personal care, travel training and support to access education and social activities. The service provides both short-term and ongoing long-term support to clients.

The specific service for each Service User must be delivered in accordance with their personalised support plan.

We have exciting opportunities for highly motivated individuals who can contribute to the delivery of innovative services. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work.

You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work within the team, and communicate with external customers, professionals, service users and their carers.

The Service has recently gone through a restructure changes to systems and processes, so an ability to contribute to team working is essential.
