This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our small proactive team developing the people side of our transformational change. You would be involved in the full remit of HR activities including absence management, policy development, case work, trade union consultation, pay and benefits and workforce planning.
We are looking for a team player with good communication and mediation skills to develop effective working relationships with a variety of people. An ability to challenge and persuade others will be needed. You will need to be organised, resilient, a self-starter able to work on your own initiative and plan your workload. You should have experience of providing HR advice to managers and staff. We are also looking for someone with good analytical skills and spreadsheet & data reporting skills. An interest in developing our HR and Payroll System would be an advantage.
