We are looking for a progressive and forward-thinking Advanced Practitioner to join a committed and supportive management team.
You will be supporting in the management of a team of Early Help Practitioners who work with children and families within the early help service. We are looking for an individual with drive, ambition and desire to deliver high quality early help services to children and families. You will have expert knowledge of managing services for children aged 0-19 years and their families and be able to demonstrate leadership in the field.
You will oversee high quality, timely child and family focused needs assessment, analysis and intervention.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in supporting the achievement of improved outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
You must have proven leadership skills, possess excellent decision making and supervision skills and have a thorough knowledge of early help services. You will be required to ensure multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working within available resources.
