The Ealing Recovery East Team based at Avenue House, Acton is seeking experienced social workers in Adult Mental Health.
Ealing Recovery East Team is one of two recovery teams within the London Borough of Ealing working with adults requiring specialist secondary care intervention. The borough has a varied and diverse population and we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and committed to providing high quality services, and other local resources to clients with severe and enduring mental health needs.
You will be working within an integrated team, alongside West London Mental Health NHS Trust to provide a recovery focused treatments and interventions.
The post holder must have previous experience of assessing adults with severe and enduring mental health needs, an awareness of current legislation (including the Care Act) and proactive in supporting individuals to live as independently as possible. An awareness of promoting recovery and well-being is essential.
The successful candidates will undertake preventative and supportive work with individuals and families living within the community; formulate care plans and arrange alternative care for clients in need; keep up-to-date electronic records and reviews of current cases in consultation with their senior. The post holder must at all times carry out his / her duties with due regard to the Council's Equal Opportunities Policy.

Qualifications required are a DipSW, CQSW or CSS level, and be a qualified AMHP or willing to undertake the AMHP training.
