Working across the London Borough of Redbridge Council, you will be part of a wider Employee Experience team and work directly with the Employee Experience Business Partner.
We are looking for someone to provide guidance and practical expertise to line managers on a variety of HR issues. Utilising your skills in coaching, advising and supporting managers at all levels to deliver HR solutions and you will support the Business Partner and work with other staff within the Employee Experience team to design and deliver workshops to assist in building line managers confidence and capability.
Experience working within local government or the public sector would be advantageous.
Your starting salary will be dependent upon your qualifications and experience.
