Rose Taylor is a Day Service in Enfield. The service provides for older people and those with varying degrees of need. The Staff Team promote and facilitate activities with the aim of improving the health, physical and emotional well-being of people who use the service.
We are looking for a people that are effective team players, active listeners, good communicators, empathetic, caring and go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a personalised service at Rose Taylor.
You must have:
- Experience of supporting vulnerable adults.
- Excellent customer care skills
- Experience of varying degrees of Dementia/physical disabilities/learning disabilities
- Basic IT skills is required
- An NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Adult Social Care.
- Clean driving License – D1 category
This part time post (14.4 hours per week) is for weekends, to work both Saturday & Sunday with some cover work at other local Centre’s as required.
£11.50 per hour on Saturday.
You will receive an enhanced pay rate when working on Sundays.
The advertised salary is for full time work, the salary for part time will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
