This is your chance to find your own personal greatness in a role where you will support the delivery of a large number of projects on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council’s Housing Service. The Housing Property Team delivers a wide range of services to our residents, including the delivery new homes to meet housing demand.
This role requires you to support and co-ordinate all project information – including plans, reports, risk and issues management and budget information – as well as to lead small-scale projects that will benefit the residents of Central Bedfordshire.
You will be educated to Level 4 and/or have a higher apprenticeship in a relevant discipline and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of, and experience of working in, a project environment where time, cost and quality are key factors. It would be beneficial to demonstrate an understanding of the role of the Housing Service and/or the construction industry. You will be highly organised and responsive with the ability to co-ordinate multiple activities. You will demonstrate the ability to create and maintain the key documents related to the delivery of successful projects, be a good communicator and demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload – to defined timescales.
