This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy income collection team. We are looking for someone who is an excellent negotiator and can secure payments, make agreements and payment plans and recover rent debts.
As an Income Management Assistant you will provide a high quality customer focused service, having a firm but fair approach and be motivated to contribute to team targets and performance. You will maintain regular contact with customers in rent arrears, and take a proactive approach to minimise debts.
We are looking for someone with an understanding of Universal credit and welfare benefits, who is able to give customers the best advice and support they can if they face financial difficulties and can refer to relevant agencies, when needed.
