Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity within our busy Licensing team at Craven District Council.
Are you a good communicator, confident and enthusiastic about Licensing matters? If so, this post may be for you.
Your primary role will be to provide administrative and compliance monitoring support for the Licensing Manager, and also to deal with enquiries relating to all aspects of licensing.
Within the role you will be expected to liaise with external agencies, including the Police to ensure compliance with licence conditions. Some work will be required outside of the office and on occasion outside of normal working hours.
Knowledge of licensing legislation, or experience of working in a compliance role will be an advantage.
Although this role is advertised as a full time position, part time options will be considered. Relocation package may be available.
