We are seeking to employ an experienced certified enforcement agent (formerly known as bailiffs) on a performance based salary on a permanent basis, for our established internal enforcement agent team set up to collect Council Tax, Business Rates and Parking debts. 
 
As an experienced enforcement agent holding valid current Enforcement Agent certification from an appropriate court, you will also hold a minimum level 2 qualification in Taking Control of Goods from an approved institution.  
The post holder will be highly motivated and able to use their experience in this field of practice to deliver collection results against the various debt types.  You will possess excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and work in a pressurised environment.
Applicants should be aware the service operates from 7am until 7pm and therefore early morning and evening calls / visits will be necessary. However flexibility can be reasonably arranged around visits if applicants have child care or caring responsibilities.
You will be paid a monthly basic retainer salary and any performance bonus entitlement will be paid monthly in arrears.
