As a Business Support Team Leader you will have energy and enthusiasm in order to lead and motivate your team with an emphasis on predominantly supporting a range of adult social care services, safer, stronger and healthier community services and core services including legal and workforce development. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of excellence and improvement, embrace change and offer ideas to introduce alternative ways of working to improve effectiveness. You will manage your team providing direction and co-ordination of workloads, support and guidance and demonstrate an approach that develops ‘leaders at every level’
You will hold a Level 5 Business Administration qualification or equivalent, and have proven and significant experience of working within a business management environment in a large organisation and be skilled at organising and co-ordinating resources and performance management within your area of responsibility.
You will have a well-developed ability to manage a challenging and diverse workload under pressure, demonstrating skills in work prioritisation, organisation, time management and delegation.
