We are recruiting to a part time position (0.4) for a Senior Case Manager role within the Vulnerable Learners Service.
The role is with the North West SEN team covering the Surrey Heath, Woking and Runnymede areas, with an office base at Quadrant Court in Woking.
This is a leadership role within the team, working alongside other Senior Case Manager's to ensure the delivery of a consistent, high quality service across North West Surrey. The post holder will manage a team of SEND Case Officers to ensure effective delivery of statutory SEN services, ensuring service delivery meets performance targets and that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of SEN legislative framework, excellent interpersonal skills, significant experience of SEN casework, and an ability to develop positive collaborative working relationships with teams, colleagues, schools and families.
