It is an exciting time to join us at Wellingborough. We have a strategic urban extension underway and one ready to start, with further ambitious plans to regenerate our town centre and respond to the changes required for future housing and commercial growth.

We are looking for someone to become part of our small property and projects team, responsible for developing and delivering projects as well as promoting the town and borough.

This role will project manage all elements of identified projects mainly on council owned property. It will include the management of specialist consultants and contractors bringing projects in on time and budget and to the design and standards required.

You will need knowledge and experience of delivering projects, commissioning specialist services and monitoring contracts.

Alongside this you will also need good organisation, literacy, negotiation, numeracy and communication skills.
