The All Age Disability (0-25) and Learning Disability (25+) Service are looking for an experienced administrator to join their All Age Disability Team.
As a Business Support Officer you will provide the service with effective and efficient administrative support so that frontline staff can concentrate on delivery the core business function; working with our service users. This will include diary management, note taking, dealing with incoming queries on the phone and email, and keeping service users files and correspondences up to date.
We are looking for an individual with good organisation skills and knowledge of a range of IT systems (including Microsoft Word and Excel), excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team setting with a range of professional, service users and carers.
