Maternity cover for a period of up to 12 months
Part Time 30 hours – Hours to be agreed
Inclusive Salary Range from £17,998 To £19,820 per year
Plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively provide a high-quality professional advice, accurate information and transactional service to customers covering a wide range of services provided by the Council and partner organisations through telephone, electronic and face-to-face channels
Providing expert knowledge to customers whilst remaining polite and calm under pressure is a key facet of this role. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the council and a responsive problem-solving approach will be integral to this. Key skills will be a confident polite phone manner and experience with computers. The role holder will be handling confidential data, so a discreet manner, keen eye for detail and responsiveness to enquires is important. Ideally you will have worked in this kind of role before, but we offer training and support to the right candidate.
