We are currently seeking a dynamic organisation development professional to support the improvement journey of learning and organisation development in Camden. The post is located within the Organisation Development and Learning and Development service and will work across the whole organisation. The post holder will bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to identified needs. You will be able to work at pace, providing high quality advice and information to managers and stakeholders, you will be able to articulate key messages, both verbally and in writing, to engage your audience and to ensure the service is able to support the organisation to deliver the ambitions set out Camden 2025 and Our Camden Plan. You will be highly collaborative, understand organisational needs, and will build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, work across the service to contribute to the modernisation of learning and organisation development.
The role will report to the Organisation Development Lead and will be one of four Learning and Organisation Development Principle Officers at this level.
We’re looking for someone who is able to deliver real output in a complex environment, someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo but can do so whilst building, and maintaining, a strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation. You will have proven experience of delivering and contributing to projects within a large organisation. You will also have a good understanding of the role of organisational development and the relationship with learning and development. You’ll be able to see the big picture, connect the dots across the organisation and also have strong attention to detail.
