Within the role of HR Officer, you’ll provide an effective service to colleagues and will enjoy a wide range of interesting challenges. You’ll be level 2 qualified and have a commitment to CPD, be diligent and adaptable and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers.
Using the Council’s DBS electronic application system (e-Bulk), you’ll be primarily responsible for the checking of DBS applications, regularly dealing with telephone enquiries from service managers and applicants. The role is a customer facing role, but also provides the opportunity to work with a variety of IT systems.
