An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of a new way of delivering housing services to Ealing Council tenants and leaseholders. Ealing Council's Resident Services department is responsible for managing 17,000 council homes and has created 6 local based housing hubs where staff will provide a generic holistic housing service to residents; tailoring that service to meet the individual needs of the customer.
Working in one of the hubs (Ealing, Acton, or Northolt), you will provide a high-quality customer orientated housing management service to residents across a range of tenures. You will be responsible for tenancy management, rent collection, estate inspections and resident engagement. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of providing a generic housing management service with a flexible attitude and a passion to improve the lives of residents.
This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
