About the role
You will provide Building Surveying services including fulfilling the role of Principal Designer and full contract administration for a wide range of non-Housing planned maintenance projects. Strong technical knowledge and experience in preparation of specifications, AutoCAD drawings and contract documentation, contractor monitoring on site, meeting strict deadlines and delivering within budget are essential.
You will ideally already be qualified, or working towards qualification, as a Building Surveyor of the RICS, CIOB or similar approved with relevant experience. We need good team players who are strong on Health and Safety, have a flexible approach, good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
