Inclusive salary range from £44,271 up to £48,108 per year + car allowance
Plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution

In this role you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager within the Commercial and Development team, to project manage a range of technically complex development and refurbishment projects taking into account operational, stakeholder and budgetary requirements.
We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen and demonstrable expertise of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high value property related projects and complete pre-acquisition feasibility studies.
You will also have significant experience of developing and managing major property development schemes, have a project management qualification or be MRICS qualified. Experience of effective performance management in construction related projects together with partnership working to deliver major programmes of work is essential for this post.
