Salary Range: £22,462 – 29,636 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Job Duties:

Committed to supporting young people with the most complex needs, the Rapid Response Team work collaboratively with families to seek the best outcomes to the immediate challenges that they are facing.  By joining our team, you will be part of a vital service that works on a rota basis to offer out of hours support - when families need this most (evenings/weekends) with the overall aim of reducing the likelihood of young people being accommodated.

As a specialism of ARC services, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary and trauma informed team, who will be trained to use the Attachment, Regulation and Competency model as a framework of reference to underpin interventions and support families to build resilience and self-reliance. The role is diverse and could include anything from undertaking a visit to a family, direct work with a young person or representing the service in multi-agency meetings. Experience in social care and of working with children, young people and families is essential.

A full Driving Licence is essential due to the county wide nature of the role.

We will support you with a full induction and specialist training, providing you with the skills and backing you need to make a tangible difference to the lives of our community. So if you can bring plenty of empathy and resilience to the role, you will have the opportunity to help a wide array of children meet their full potential.
