Income and Collections Advisor
GBP 19,554.00 - GBP 21,589.00 per annum
37 hours per week
We are looking for someone with excellent customer services and administrative skills to join our small friendly team which is part of the larger Finance function. Within Income and Collections, we collect any outstanding Council Tax and other outstanding debts.
Ideally, you will have some knowledge of working within a finance environment, but primarily we are looking for someone who will enjoy providing good customer service and who can keep our electronic records updated.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. You will have proven administrative experience, organisational skills and will have worked in a customer facing environment.

Where are we based?
The Main Council Offices are in a lovely little village called Narborough in Leicestershire which is just 3 miles from the M1, junction 21 and not far from the centre of Leicester. The local train station is only a 5 minutes walk away and there are regular bus links to and from the city centre.
