Support Officer (Estates and Development)
£23,522 - £26,539 inclusive of outer fringe allowance per annum

We are looking for a Support Officer to join our Estates and Property Development team. You will support the work of the teams in managing and maintaining records of the Council’s broach portfolio of land and buildings. You will deal with a range of enquiries from internal and external customers, assisting with the letting of commercial properties. This will also include attending and inspecting properties.
We are looking for an excellent administrator to support with a range of administrative duties so we are looking for someone with experience of working a busy office dealing with customer enquiries. You will need excellent MS Office skills and have experience of raising and processing orders and invoices on a financial management system.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
