In this role you will work closely with the NHS in providing staff accommodation for staff from the Royal Free Hospital and other key workers.
You will provide a high-quality housing service for staff and key workers living both on and off campus. This includes close liaison with residents to manage lettings, transfers and termination of tenancies and to ensure that properties are kept in a clean and well maintained condition.
Additionally, this role will require cover as part of an out of hours on call rota (1 week in 4).
Experience and qualifications are not as important as a ‘can do attitude’, good communication skills, respect for the community we work with and a commitment to continually improve customer services.
