Salary range: £33,291 - £35,724 p.a. inc.

Parking and Lighting is a high profile service which manages a range of contracts to deliver parking, street lighting and trees maintenance services across the borough.
This post is responsible for ensuring that effective performance management arrangements are in place to manage service and contractor performance, and that we make the best use of our data to identify performance issues and propose solutions.
Experience in business analysis or performance management and comfortable analysing and interrogating a wide range of datasets.
• Strong data analysis skills including advanced excel skills
• Experience of reviewing and mapping processes
• Ability to present information clearly and accurately.
• Ideally Bachelor of Science, Mathematics or Computer Science
