More about the role:
The purpose of our Occupational therapy‘s Services is to have an Occupational Therapist workforce to undertake all statutory interventions in a specific service area, that enable people to live in a family & community environment that maximizes their life chances.
The role requires the Occupational Therapists to complete Care Act assessments and reviews for individuals within their own homes, to identify needs for equipment, minor works and major adaptations to enable independence, reduce risk and/or maintain safety for the customer and/or carer. In addition, Occupational Therapists also support projects in Council.
