Mid Sussex Workplace Health wellbeing ADVISOR
Salary£22,911 pa - £25,295 pa + Car Allowance up to £1,239 pa
Full-Time Temporary fixed term to 31 March 2022
The Wellbeing Hub is part of a county-wide programme in West Sussex to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent ill-health in our local communities. The hub provides information, advice and signposts local people to services for help and support. The service for Mid Sussex is delivered by Mid Sussex District Council.
The service is currently looking to employ a Workplace Health Wellbeing Advisor on a temporary contract until 31 March 2022. Working Collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders you will proactively promote and deliver projects to support health and wellbeing for employees across Mid Sussex within their Workplace. The post holder will be responsible for recruiting new businesses to the workplace health service as well as coordinating the delivery. The post holder will also be responsible for reporting on the service key quarterly performance indicators.
The post holder will report directly to the Wellbeing Team Leader and you will be pivotal in the development and delivery of this service, to provide early interventions to adults (18+) within their Workplace around leading a Healthy Lifestyle to prevent future ill Health, illness and Disease brought on through an unhealthy lifestyle.
If you have experience within the health and wellbeing sector, have a back ground in project delivery, excellent presentation and partnership working skills and would like to be part of a hardworking, friendly team then we would like to hear from you.
