Job Title: ACS Systems Manager
Salary Range: £34,788 to £42,683 pa
Hours: 37 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and well-organised individual to join
the Digital Technology, Performance and Improvement Unit within Adult Care Services. Working closely with colleagues both within the Council and with our partners, the team utilise digital technology to empower staff, service users and families and help deliver improved outcomes for the citizens of Hertfordshire.
The role of ACS Systems Manager is key in helping us deliver a programme of innovative and technical solutions during the next two years. The successful applicant will support the delivery of Adult Care Services Digital Technology improvement plan.
You will have expert technical knowledge of Liquidlogic Adults’ Social Care System (LAS) and working knowledge of ContrOCC Adults’ systems and experience of delivering successful implementation, improvement and upgrades of these systems including appropriate testing.
You will also have expertise in form design, business process mapping and managing projects on time and within budget.
With the ability to hit the ground running, working collaboratively and seeing the big picture while applying relevant policies and procedures, you will play a vital role in ensuring Adult Care Services technology delivers for the citizens of Hertfordshire.
