Ealing is one of the most diverse and exciting boroughs in London yet faces immense challenges due to the pressures on housing in the capital. As both a landlord to some 18,000 tenants and leaseholders and a strategic housing authority, Ealing has responded innovatively, launching one of the most ambitious programmes of regeneration in London: building homes, improving neighbourhoods, creating new opportunities for the borough.
Our residents expect the best and we want to deliver the best for them. We are therefore seeking to recruit two talented and committed graduates who share our passion for world class customer service who can work together to pioneer new ways to deliver our housing services. If you want to improve outcomes for local people and have a genuine desire to provide public sector services, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Join our three-year graduate development programme and you will gain a unique understanding of social housing and strategic housing delivery. We will support you to achieve professional qualifications in housing (leading to Chartered Membership of the Institute of Housing), provide you with a series of rotations across our core delivery areas and, through coaching and mentoring, help you make the most of your potential. Applications are welcome from graduates in any academic discipline interested in a career in housing.
Ealing Council is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. Ealing follows safer recruitment practices to protect children and vulnerable adults. The post holder will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
You will be an undergraduate with a predicted 2:1 level qualification (from a recognised University) or a graduate with a minimum of 2:1 level qualification in any discipline (achieved from a recognised University within the last three years).
