Continually striving to improve our service to residents and businesses, we have embarked on an ambitious 'Customer Redesign' project to review and improve the customer experience across the organisation.
In order to help us continue on our journey, we are looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist to work alongside the Corporate Customer Services and Delivery Manager and other senior officers, within a small project team supporting our key customer redesign project.
An excellent communicator with a passion for improving the customer journey, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent customer focus.
Using your knowledge and experience of analysing customer data and customer journey mapping, you will identify opportunities for improvement and develop new models of service delivery with a particular emphasis on improving the customer experience.
