We currently have a full time vacancy in our Customer Service Team. The job involves working in the Council’s call centre as well as the Gateway, dealing with enquiries received face to face, over the phone and electronically.

Following shortlisting, candidates will be invited to attend a half-day skills assessment event on Monday 27 January 2020 centred around a series of job-related activities. If you are successful at this stage you will then be invited to attend a competency-based interview on Tuesday 28 January 2020.
