About the role
Are you great at building relationships? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you good at juggling competing demands? Do you thrive on a challenge? If so, we have the job for you!
With our redesigned HR & OD function going from strength to strength in support of the council's ambition to be recognised as, quite simply, the best, this is an exciting time to join us. With the promotion of our current PA into an HR & OD role (we like to see people grow here), we're now looking for a top notch person to take over the reins.
Sometimes a bit manic, always interesting and usually fun, no two days are the same and, alongside all the usual PA duties, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in project work. You'll be the Go To person within and outside of the HR & OD team and will work with other PAs across the organisation to make sure everything's joined up and on track.
You don't necessarily need previous PA experience but you do need to able to work super effectively in a fast based environment, great diary management and IT skills and a positive, can do attitude. Because this is HR & OD, you also need to know when to keep things confidential.
To find out more about the role, get in touch with Harleigh (our current fab PA) on 07976866345 or firstname.lastname@example.org
