Are you an experienced Business Development Manager who thrives on selling to a professional audience? Have you got a recruitment sales background and prefer dealing with clients over candidates?
The role is to exceed sales target through a combination of sales initiatives including generating and qualifying leads, sales prospect calling, sourcing and developing client referrals, and cross-selling to existing clients.
You’ll be a vital member of our Sales Team, managing a set of key accounts. Your primary focus will be increasing revenue, creating new business, increasing the number of organisations we work with and growing our contacts. We’ll also expect you to build on the relationships we already have with our clients, driving more transactions from our existing base.
We’re looking for someone with a successful track record in sales, ideally within the recruitment industry and preferably with experience of working with public sector or NHS clients but this is not essential.
While you’ll be fully supported with training and an induction programme, we need someone who can hit the ground running and start making an impact straight away. You’ll use your proven track record of achieving great results to immediately make your mark at JGP.
