Your New Role
Reporting to the Information Analyst, you will support the work of the 'Stronger Futures' agenda, specifically focusing on the Troubled Families Programme and the information and data that enables the project delivery. You will carry out a range of appropriate level administrative, quality assurance and data focused tasks required for the purposes of national and local reporting.
The Troubled Families Programme is a national project aimed at pulling together cross-government funding and support to provide a catalyst for local services to transform and work together in a more effective and cost efficient way to achieve better outcomes for families, focussing on children and adults with multiple and sometimes complex needs
This role is focussed on interpreting a range of client assessments, reviews, case notes, communications, toolkits and other documents to determine eligibility for the programme and completing the necessary administration to link them to project. There will also be some work to support the quality assurance element or 'gauge' family's progress against
plans to improve their outcomes and to prepare PBR claim files with support from the Analyst and Quality Assurer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to use multiple and varied IT, Case management and information systems simultaneously. You will also require previous experience in a family or client support service such as early help, education welfare/pastoral, safeguarding or similar service/organisation as either a key worker or support role, or necessary understanding and knowledge of the sector
