Wokingham Borough is about to set up a new Recovery College. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Peer Team Lead to assist in establishing and developing the Recovery College and subsequently support the College Lead to deliver the service to a high quality. The Peer Team Lead will be an expert by experience, through their own recovery and have excellent presentation and training skills.The post holder will work closely with the Community Mental Health Team, Public Health and the Voluntary Sector to maximise opportunities for students. The role will involve supporting peer trainers through coaching and supervision. The post holder will have direct contact with students, delivering training and support and working with a range of key stakeholders. You will be joining a fully staffed Mental Health Service in Wokingham which is rated "Good" by CQC and is accredited with the Royal College of Psychiatry.
