2 Year Fix Term Conract
The Digital Business Analyst provides digital transformation, user research and human centred design advice, guidance and support to the Council.
The post holder supports the Council in achieving its objectives through the effective use of technology, articulating the voice of the resident as well as the adoption of a 'digital by default' approach to transformation.
They will support complex, organisational redesign projects and lead on and contribute to multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change across the council.
They will identify areas for improvement in terms of process and efficiency and develop effective solutions that have digital at their heart to deliver that improvement.
Examples of this include leading on the drafting of digital transformation business cases for review and approval by both senior and directorate management teams as well as 'As Is' process mapping and 'To Be' process design, customer journey mapping, and producing user stories for a range of services.
