Starting Salary £31,371 pa progressing to £33,799 pa (subject to skills and experience)
Full Time Hours, Permanent Contract
Due to retirement the Strategic Asset Management & Estates Team are looking for a Property Record Manager to join the team within Hertfordshire County Council that is responsible for property acquisitions, management, disposal and lease negotiations.
You will support the professional management of the County Council’s property assets by ensuring that the corporate property database is kept up to date and in accordance with the Council’s policies and procedures. You will also act as a first point of contact for enquiries relating to the County Councils land ownership.
You should have relevant experience of managing, inputting to and reporting from, property database systems: ability to analyse and constructively challenge a broad range of legal property documents: knowledge of financial accounting as it relates to asset valuations would also be a benefit.
You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the relevance of accurate and up to date data and a have a drive to continue to seek improvements to ensure that reports used by the wider HCC business are reliable, appropriate, and fit for the intended purpose.
Training will be provided on HCC specific databases if required.
