Role Purpose
We’re hugely ambitious at Tower Hamlets – are you?
We are striving to offer the best services possible and empower our young people to live happier and safer lives. We understand how essential it is to provide quality support and resources our staff need so that they can make the difference they always wanted to make and deliver the best possible outcome for children.
This is a very exciting time for our Children’s Services and we need committed individuals to support us in the delivery of these aims and to become part of our growing team to make a difference to our young people.
To achieve this, we want to recruit and retain an excellent individual who will support the development of our next generation of citizens in Tower Hamlets. We are looking for experienced professionals to work with young people who are looked after or leaving care in the Through Care Service.
The successful candidates will join a small team led by a Team Manager to work across a growing service. We are committed to Restorative Practice and need an exceptional candidate who is committed to embedding this model of working.
Our innovative and open working environment ensures that Tower Hamlets is an exceptional place to practice top quality work to get our young people into education, training or employment and help them achieve plans which are aspirational. We need both your energy and ambition to continue our improvement journey and we hope that you will consider joining us to achieve this.
