Quality Assurance Officer
We are looking for a full time permanent Quality Assurance officer to join a busy Quality Assurance team based in Runcorn who are committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable adults and their carer’s.
We are looking for someone who will possess the following skills:
- will have experience of working with Adult Social Care, Health or Public services
-Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
- is able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders including contracted providers, health and social care teams, regulatory bodies, customers and their families
-Excellent report writing skills
-Experience of Project Management
-Able to analyse performance information
-Able to adapt readily to change and work effectively to tight deadlines in a variety of circumstances
-Work on own initiative exercising sound professional judgement
-Work flexibly
Duties will include responsibility for holding a portfolio of contracts undertaking a timetable of contract monitoring visits and meetings coordinating with other professionals.
You will also be requesting and analysing performance information, writing comprehensive reports on a timely basis.
You will also be managing performance utilising a project management approach, effectively liaising with a range of stakeholders, working outside of normal working hours where necessary.
