About the role

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated staff to work within our Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Service. The service has just undergone a rapid transformation and we are looking for proactive individuals to join us in moving forward with continuous improvement and working towards robust and positive outcomes for our children and young people.

On a day to day basis you will be working within one of the SEND teams with colleagues supporting families of children with special needs and disabilities, providing bespoke delivery plans that best assist the child and the family. A passionate approach will drive forward improvement, together with your effective organisation and communication skills - you will ensure you deliver high quality work.

To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:

  • Experience of working within an educational setting and a willingness to develop this further
  • An ability to communicate well with colleagues and families
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills
