Are you an expert in Housing Benefits or Council Tax legislation who has an understanding of the other services our Customer Services team advise on? Do you have the ability to train new and existing staff on these services and associated complex, changing legislation? If so, then this may be a fantastic opportunity to realise your potential and have a real impact on a range of service areas, colleagues and customers.
We are seeking an experienced officer with a detailed knowledge of Revenues and/or Benefits legislation and Universal Credit who can drive continuous improvement in individuals and teams and support the delivery of excellent customer service. You will need to operate on your own initiative, having the ability to identify learning needs and effectively research, design and deliver training sessions and materials relating to Council Tax, Council Tax Reduction, Housing Benefit, Housing, Recycling & Waste, Parking, Environmental Health, Private Sector Housing and other first point of contact administration and systems.
Interviews will be held on Tuesday 10th December.
This opportunity is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2022. Any secondment arrangement will need to be agreed between all parties before being offered to the individual.
