An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner - Safeguarding Coordinator in the Safeguarding Development Team. The team has a quality assurance role, promoting good practice in adult safeguarding and mental capacity work by contributing to workforce development and support.
You will have a central, visible and highly influential role in supporting the management of the Safeguarding process, working across ASCH and partner agencies to support the full implementation of the Sussex Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures as well as the implementation of the Mental Capacity Act.
You will be confidant in both your verbal and written communication skills, be able to analyse information and be flexible in your ability to met the demands of the post. In return for your commitment, we offer on -going training and development opportunities.
The post is based at County Hall in Lewes, however the role is agile and you would be expected to travel to locations across the County
