Job Title: HR Admin Officer
Salary Range: £18,795 progressing to £20,344 pa
Hours: 37 Per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious HR Support Officer to join our Hertfordshire Music Service (HMS) team. This new, exciting role includes a fully funded CIPD accredited Level 3 HR apprenticeship and will directly support the HMS HR Director, working in partnership with the Hertfordshire County Council HR teams to contribute to the exciting transformation of HMS.
Hertfordshire Music Service is one of the largest and most successful music services in the Country, with a national reputation for excellence, opportunity and delivering common good activities. With over 560 instrumental and vocal teachers teaching over 25,000 children in schools and in our music centres across the county HMS has a complex staffing structure and a wide reach, with a presence in most major Hertfordshire towns.
In filling this entry level opportunity, we are looking for an HR Support Officer who is proactive, self-motivated, looking to achieve a nationally recognised HR qualification, looking to gain a variety of experience within a broad HR administrative and support remit, has a strong value set and is drawn to the moral purpose of Hertfordshire Music Service.
