Public Health & Protection Services are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and resourceful individual to take the position of Business Improvement Officer within our Business Support and Improvement Team.
The successful candidate will work closely with staff in Public Health & Protection Services, including the service managers, to help develop and deliver our ICT systems for the future. The role demands sound knowledge of information systems and requires logical and clear thinking to solve problems and create solutions.
You must demonstrate good project management skills and be able to identify and investigate new ways of working and new technology to support the Service’s ICT systems.
You must also demonstrate excellent customer care skills and have the ability to work with a range of colleagues to provide technical guidance and support.
The successful applicant will be required to work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview in early January 2020.
